Refund policy

You can return or exchange all products purchased at ZNHOOD, provided that you inform us within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of delivery.

To do so, they must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition and unused.

You will then have three options:

• Exchange it for another garment available in stock (in the event that you want to exchange it for another product of a different value to the one previously purchased, you should discuss this with our team info@znhood.com so that we can deal with the difference without any problem).
• Receive a voucher with no expiry date, for the value of the amount spent, to purchase other ZNHOOD garments.
• Receive a refund for the garment.

Return instructions: 

• Prepare the product in its packaging with the original label as you received it.
• Fill in the attached form and put it inside the package.

The cost of returning the product will be charged to the customer.
